Klinsmann expects Ribery to stay

Franck Ribery has been linked with a move away from Bayern Munich to a host of top clubs around Europe including Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus but Bayern manager Jurgen Klinsmann does not expect his star man to leave.

“I am not afraid because I know that Franck is happy at Bayern.

“If other clubs are interested in him, it’s because of how well he is performing with us.

“He is a unique player, and I am confident that he will remain with us for a long time.”

Ribery joined Bayern Munich in a £18million deal from French side Marseille in 2007.
