Reigning champions PSV Eindhoven eased to a comfortable 3-0 victory over lowly De Graafschap on Saturday night.
Serbian striker Danko Lazovic fired Huub Stevens’ side ahead on the stroke of half time, before adding a second shortly after the interval.
Attacking midfielfder Ibrahim Affelay netted PSV’s third and last of the night in the 79th minute.
The results moves PSV to the top of the Dutch Eredivisie, but FC Groningen can regain top spot when they take on ADO Den Haag in Sunday’s lunchtime kickoff.
