Bolton in Veloso talks

Bolton manager Gary Megson has today confirmed that the Wanderers have open talks with Sporting Lisbon about a move for midfielder Miguel Veloso. The 22yr old Portugal international is highly rated throughout Europe and has previously been linked with big money moves to the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.
Should Bolton achieve in bringing Veloso to the Reebok it will undoubtably be a new club record fee with reports suggesting that the intial bid is around the £12m mark.
