Cudicini joins Tottenham

Tottenham have completed the signing of Chelsea goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini on a free transfer. The 35yr old Italian who was instrumental in his first four years at the club, has found himself out of contention since the arrival of Petr Cech in 2004. It remains to be seen whether or not Cudicini has been signed as a back up to Gomes or is Redknapp’s first choice keeper.
