Lets all laugh at Chelsea!

Abramovich is dealing with his newly found inferiority complex after discovering he is no longer the richest man in football as well as dramatically missing out on Robinho’s signature.

Shock! Horror! Something interesting has happened at City! After being bought out-right by ridiculously wealthy Royal Arabic business men things are finally looking up for the blue part of Manchester, but only time will tell if they can manage to buy themselves a couple of trophies Chelsea style.

This may never happen again so pay attention, but City deserve our praise for utterly humiliating Cheque-Book Charlie, aka Abramovich. I mean how silly must Chelsea feel after selling Robinho shirts on their website, before any deal was done, only to see him join Manchester City!

Chelsea should now be laughed at and taunted until our voices are sore as they find out what it is like to be bullied by money.

This is furthered by the wonderful irony of Chelsea’s next game being at City. Robinho for a hatrick.

Although City be warned – one player does not make a world class team.

But that’s plenty enough talk about blue shirts – so back to the Red.

Dimitar Berbatov is now officially a United player. The Bulgarian goal machine will surely wear the number nine shirt recently vacated by Louis Saha; all though the question remains over how exactly Saha passed an Everton medical, and walked to a car all with out injuring himself – impressive stuff.

Berba will be a fantastic signing for United and just in time to take on two-man team Liverpool. Although it is sad to see young prospect Frazier Campbell move the other way in a year long loan deal.

Now we just have to wait on the fitness of Cristiano, before we get to witness the formidable front line of Ronaldo, Tevez, Rooney and Berbatov.

It was not however a straight forward deal. City did try to hijack Berbatov’s dream move and at one point they did have an offer accepted by Spurs. It seems that United had to fight City as well as Tottenham throughout the night.

Although in the end the Champions league football in the red corner packs a much bigger punch than the sky high wages available in the blue corner.

Thank you Sir Alex, we always believed it would happen – honest.
