Cech - “We played out a great game”

The Czech International “Petr Cech” was untested as The Blues crushed a weak Aston Villa 2-0 last night at the bridge. Many thought Villa could break Chelsea’s unbelievable run of four-and-half-years of not losing at home because of there long list of usual starting 11 injuries, 5 to be exact!

Cech dubbed that Chelsea were anticipating a tough test against Villa because of there particularly good record against the Blues. But the tough match never came!

“We played out a great game, from the first minute there was only one team on the pitch,” Cech told his own website.

“Unambiguously, we deserved to win and could have scored even more goals.

“With regards to the previous encounters with Aston Villa, we expected a very difficult game.

“Eventually, it was not that difficult, also because we played really well.
