Tevez future thrown into doubt

Carlos Tevez future has been thrown into doubt with reports linking Manchester United with a move for highly rated Brazilian forward Douglas Costa.

The Argentine has yet to sign a permanent deal at Old Trafford as his transfer saga continues and it now seems United may be set to spend the money elsewhere on the sought after Gremio star.

The eighteen year old striker has also been shown interest from the Spanish giants Real Madrid and FC Barcelona.

Tevez made an impressive start to life at United, scoring 14 goals in his debut season as the Red Devils won both the Premiership and the Champions League.

United already have a strong Brazilian contingent in the club and that could sway the youngster who would have the pick of clubs from which to choose.
