Serie A Giants In Boyd Link

Italian big guns Lazio are the latest side reported to be interested in luring Kris Boyd away from Rangers. It is understood that the Biancocelesti have identified a number of potential transfer targets and that Boyd, who failed to agree on a move to Birmingham City last week due to personal terms, is high on their wanted list.

However, the Rangers’ striker’s wage demands could again prove to be a hurdle if a deal is to be concluded between both sides.

The Italian outfit, who are currently in seventh position in Italy’s top flight, would be hopeful that the Ibrox striker’s goals would follow him from the SPL to Serie A should a move be finalised.

The speculation continues to surround Kris Boyd and it is possible that the player himself will be glad to see the end of this transfer window. At least then, he will know where his future truly lies.
