New Real Madrid Boss Juande Ramos is apparently keen to bring in some of the English talent that he’d seen over the past year to the Bernabeu.
The strongest link is Aston Villa’s Ashley Young, who is flying high with Villa in Europe and the league. The print that is known as being Real’s paper, La Marca has told that they may bid over £27m for the forward, who joined Villa two years ago for a fee of £9.75m that was sniggered at.
The paper though did state that they were not confident of capturing the player, but he tops the list of Premiership players that allegedly includes Spurs’ Aaron Lennon, Didier Zokora and Roman Pavlyuchenko.
But the most surprising of all the links to Real was Boro’s young left winger Adam Johnson, who himself has not cemented his place in the starting 11.
