Croatian Forward Attracting Attention

The 23 year old Dinamo Zagreb and Croatia national team member, Mario Mandžukič, has received interest from Spurs and Portsmouth in England and Werder Bremen from Germany. Mario has already made it clear to the Croatian champions his desire to transfer this summer.

His agent, Ivan Cvjetković, in an interview with the German Bild, said, “We have told Dinamo that Mario wanted to leave the club. Werder are showing great interest. We will know more in a few days.”

He later indicated that Mario would ideally like to play for Werder Bremen in Germany; however, they have not ruled out the offers from Spurs and Pompey. It’s been reported that Dinamo would like about €15 million (or £12.5 million) for the young striker.
