Kaka could move to Real

January 20, 2009

Just after Kaka knocked back a move to Manchester City AC Milan teammate David Beckham was quoted as saying he thinks the Brazilian wants to play at Real Madrid next season.

“Kaka wants to go to Real Madrid and not to City. I think he will become a Real player in June. I think someone has called him and that Kaka has made his decision,”

Kaka has apparently been asking Beckham about the Spanish giants and is keen on a move and apparently Real are equally keen to have him. Former president Ramon Calderon had pledged the signing of Kaka but had to quit last week over vote rigging allegations but it is believed they are still interested.

Italian prime minister and AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi said late Monday that Kaka had decided to stay with the Italian side, having rejected a bid from City that was said to be of 100 million pounds.

Kaka is under contract with AC Milan until 2013 but it has been seen now how much it will cost to get the club to sell and it is just about the right team coming along for him.
