Voronin wants to make move permanent

Andriy Voronin is currently on loan from Liverpool at Hertha Berlin and hopes to make the move a permanent one after settling in well at the club.

“Hertha and me go well together,” Voronin told Bild.

“I have been welcomed by the team and there have been no problems with the coaches or management team.

“The most important thing is what Hertha want. If the club really want me to stay here then I’m sure we’ll find a way.

“I have already spoken to Hertha, but I am contracted to Liverpool for two more years and I don’t know how much a transfer would cost.

“But I think that if I manage to strike a deal with Hertha, then Liverpool will let me go,” he added.
